This handsome 1 year old male is up for adoption! He was surrendered due to no fault of his own, but he would love to have a “furever” home! He’s thriving in his foster home but can be a bit shy at first! This guy will need a patient owner willing to feed him lots of treats and build trust!
This beautiful 4-year-old girl has QUITE the personality! Affectionately called “Holly Holl”, she will come when she is called for treats, LOVES to be pet on the head, and will let you hold her for short periods of time. Holly does “rumblestrut” (almost like a purring noise) when she is touched and demands more head pets when you try to walk away. Her favorite treats are pea flakes and romaine lettuce. This girl is a total gem and would make an awesome single piggy for a family that has LOTS of attention to give to her!
Holly must remain as a single piggy.
Hammy and Bruno are the perfect answer! These bonded males are 11 months old, love their daily veggies, and would love to be your “furever” snuggle buddies!

This handsome male is around 4 years old, loves his daily naps, and enjoys hanging out with his humans!
He is a single piggy but may be okay with a younger counterpart. A meet and greet can be scheduled to see if he is a match for another male.
This sweet five month old boy was found in a backyard in North Buffalo. He was hard to catch and still runs around his cage when you try to pick him up. This boy is FAST!
Baby Phoenix will need to remain as a single piggy as he isn’t thrilled about other guinea pigs in his space.
Belle came to us with her brother Blanco after their family could no longer care for them and were moving. She loves veggies, will let you pet her, and loves playtime with other females.
Our rescue does do meet and greets with other guinea pigs, so if you have an older friend that might want to meet Belle, send us a message!

We are not accepting applications for these two 4-week-old boys yet, but we wanted to formally introduce them! We are letting them settle into their foster home for about a week or so.

These handsome brothers are around 5 weeks old. They love to run around, jump on top of their hut and scream, and enjoy bell peppers and lettuce. Being held is not their favorite activity, but they will tolerate it for short periods. Be aware though that they require first breakfast, second breakfast, elevenses, lunch, dinner, and supper. (All LOTR jokes aside, we’re going through a ton of hay with them!) They will also need to be in a Midwest or Wabbitat style cage with bars (not a square grid-style cage) due to being little.
They will be available for adoption after 12/28, but we will accept applications now.
These 1 1/2-year-old girls were surrendered to us after their owner discovered they were pregnant.
They love spending time together, wheeking for veggies and treats, and running around the cage playing chase. As they are being adopted together, a larger cage will be needed to house all three of them. Their adoption fee is $60.
Their foster Mom tells us that “The boys are doing good…George is still skittish and keeping himself hidden but Teddy has been out of his hut a lot!” We’re so excited to watch these two settle into the rescue! They will be up for adoption as a bonded pair shortly.
